I played at the University of Minnesota for four seasons, was a reserve player for FC Kansas City following graduation, and then battled through two knee surgeries before finally earning my first professional contract. My path has been full of ups and downs, very challenging, and extremely rewarding.

Along this unpredictable journey, I have learned a lot about soccer and myself. I created this blog to share my experience as well as fitness and recovery tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way.

The ultimate goal of this website is to share some of the knowledge I have gained through my long journey as an athlete.
