We had the honor of having our daughter work with Rashida for a couple of years, as a soccer coach. Rashida brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching style. She is one of the few coaches I have seen that can teach fine details of striking that quite frankly is not taught in American soccer today. Individual Soccer Training Lessons
Team training is for team skills and tactics, rarely giving young players the chance to work on their unique areas of improvement. With 1 on 1 soccer training, you get a chance to hone your skills with the help of a professional coach. Some great benefits of individual soccer training include:
- Get thousands of quality touches on the ball.
- Positional training to work on the primary skillset of the players’ position. This is most common for older players who are in a more set position.
- The full attention of the coach who provides real-time corrections and modifications.
Small-Group Training
Small group training provides the same benefits as one on one sessions while also giving players the opportunity to engage in game-realistic scenarios. During these sessions you can expect:
- Individual and group technical work for ball control, passing, shooting, and more.
- Game-like situations including 1v1s, 2v2s, and other variations based on the group size and focus.
- Friendly competition to encourage players to work their hardest.
About the Coach
My name is Rashida Beal. Born and raised in the greater Milwaukee area, I am a professional soccer player and former Division 1 Gopher Soccer player. In 2021, I played for the Romanian Champions League team Olimpia Cluj. In 2022 I played for the first-league team in Turkey, where I returned for the 2022/23 and 23/24 seasons. As an All-American defender, I bring defensive expertise and a holistic understanding of the game to help each player improve their game.
My soccer knowledge does not end with playing, amidst injuries and throughout my professional career, I have also gained immense experience in coaching.

- 2018/2019: Brookfield East JV 2 Girls Team

- 2018-2021: Individual and small group lessons with boys and girls ranging between ages 12-15.
- US Soccer Grassroots soccer license.

The current pricing is outlined below.
Note that payment is due at the time of the lesson for regular lessons. For bundles, payment is due at the time of bundle purchase (payment for all lessons in the bundle due at once). I accept the following payment forms:

Lessons are $50 dollars per hour per player. I offer discounts for lesson bundles and group lessons as outlined below:

The prices below are only for first-time players. Special pricing bundles must be booked and paid for in advance.

Small-Group Soccer Lesson Prices
I am happy to try to help set up group lessons with my other players if they are of interest. You are also welcome to facilitate your own group. Group lessons are extremely valuable for working on game-like situations, and group lessons enjoy priority scheduling.

Availability and Booking
Right now, availability for lessons depends on my professional soccer season timeline. I am currently playing in Turkey, and planning on having 2024 summer lessons.

Late Policy
In addition to coaching private soccer lessons around the greater Milwaukee area, I work a full-time job and train for my professional season.
The late policy is as follows:
- 1-15 minutes late: The lesson will begin when you arrive and will end at the scheduled time. Minutes will not be added on at the end for late shows.
- 15 minutes late: I will attempt to contact you regarding your lesson. If you are able to arrive in the next 5 minutes, I will complete the remaining time of your lesson.
- 20 minutes late: If I have not heard back or it’s been more than 20 minutes past your lesson time, I will no longer complete the lesson that day. No refunds are issued.
I will not issue refunds for late/no-shows. That being said, I do understand things happen. Therefore, I will do my best to schedule a new lesson for you.
Note that repeated late or no-shows may result in me no longer putting you on the schedule for individual and small-group soccer training.

My availability for lessons depends on my professional soccer season. I am in Turkey right now for my season. I will hold summer 2024 lessons, likely starting in June.
Where do you offer lessons?
I offer private soccer lessons around the greater Milwaukee area. I’m located northwest of Milwaukee, and have several clients in the area. Most commonly I hold lessons in:

That being said, I am always considering additional locations based on the locations of clients, my own training, and general scheduling.

Individual soccer lessons are $50 per hour.
Do you offer any discounted rates?
Yes, I offer discounts on lesson bundles for bundles or groups. Please refer to the “pricing” section to read more about the bundle options. I’m happy to let you know if another interested client may be a fit for group lessons, but you are also welcome to bring your own group.
