All digital products (eBooks, training plans, etc.) are non-refundable due to their digital status. If you have questions or need help downloading your digital purchase, please contact [email protected].
No Returns on Popup Shops
We do not accept returns for items purchased during a popup shop or temporary campaign. If you would like to exchange a size before the flash sale has ended, request an exchange by emailing [email protected] with your order details and requested an exchange.
Exchange requests must be received before the last day of the popup shop. Any exchange requests received after the last day of the popup shop will not be granted and the order will be final.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Regular Items
Regular physical products (not digital items, sale products, or popup shop items) come with a 30-day refund policy. You can request a refund within 30 days of the product purchase. If the product has already been shipped, you must pay for the return shipping.

Here’s how to request a refund:

- Click “orders”
- Select the order number you’d like to refund
- Click on the link to “Request a Refund”
- Select the reason for the refund.
- Hit “Request Refund”
We submit the refund request as soon as possible, and our payment processor will process the refund immediately. It may take up to 20 days for your bank/financial account to reflect the refund.
