About Remote Soccer Lessons
- Work with coach Rashida from anywhere in the world!
- Live training with the same attention and instruction as traditional lessons
- Training options for small, indoor spaces (like a basement), the field, or anywhere else that you want.
- Minimal equipment is needed. A ball and cones, and you’re set.
How They Work
The online soccer lesson process is simple! Get your virtual soccer lesson set up in no time:
- Reach out by emailing coach Rashida at Rashida.Beal[AT]gmail.com.
- Discuss your training goals, equipment access, etc.
- Collaborate to schedule your lesson.
- Pay for your single lesson or lesson bundle via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, etc.
- The lesson will be added to the calendar with a reminder sent the day before.
- At the time of your lesson, head to the Google Meet link and set up your device so that the player can be seen from the video.
- Enjoy a live, virtual session where the coach demonstrates, instructs the player, and provides feedback- just like I do with in-person lessons!
Meet the Coach
Hello! I am a current professional soccer player and former collegiate student-athlete and coach. A few highlights about what makes me a great coach for kids of all ages include:
- Experience at the D1 college level at the University of Minnesota
- Professional playing experience in 4 countries (Germany, Romania, Turkey, & Lithuania), including in the Champions League
- Coaching experience via camps, club teams, high school teams, and D3 college
- Grassroots Coaching license
- Completed several courses in player safety while coaching club soccer

Pricing for Remote Soccer Lessons
Individual Soccer Lesson Prices
Lessons are $50 dollars per hour per player. I offer discounts for lesson bundles and group lessons as outlined below:
Newcomer Special Bundles
The prices below are only for first-time players. Special pricing bundles must be booked and paid for in advance.

Availability and Booking for Online Soccer Lessons
Remote lessons open up a ton of opportunities for year-round lessons since I can still do them during my professional soccer season! The exact days and times I am available will depend on my location. While I am in season, I will be +7 hours of EST time, which means I will be available in the morning or early afternoon EST time. During the evenings of the EST time zone, I will be sleeping.
